Aby także mieć taką oliwę w domu wystarczy:
- przekroić na długość papryczki i wsadzić do butelki, zalać oliwą
- pokroić na plasterki czosnek, umieścić w butelce, zalać oliwą.
Wszystko odstawcie na kilka dni i voila! :)

Recently, one idea have come up to my mind- maybe it's worth making my own olive oil full of tastes? It has happened after our last visit in italian restaurant where S. tried really spicy one. He was so amazed that I decided to prepare it straightaway and in two versions: spicy for him and with garlic for me. It takes jsut few day to be ready and your dishes will be completely different! You can use such olives to many things- while frying, with pizza, with pasta, with everything!
If you want to have such olive oil, all you need to do is:
-cutting peppers on their length, putting them in bottle then add olive oil
-sliced garlic put in the bottle and filled up with olive oil.
Leave it for few days and voila! ;)
